U.S.S.P. PRE-ACADEMY PROGRAM
Our Pre-Academy Program provides your child (born 2011-2012) the opportunity to play against local Pre-Academy teams as an introduction to competitive soccer.
The Pre-Academy Program prepares players for this level of competition in the following ways.
-
Teaching continued progressions of ball mastery, technical & Tactical development, along with social, psychological, and physical development.
-
Players are developed through multiple proven curriculums renowned for developing excellence all across the world
-
Players are continuously pushed in practices and in games. One of our club's main philosophies is to play "For Club. For Team. For Glory!" As we continue to push our players to achieve the next level of competitive soccer!
Each competitive team is lead by a licensed United States Soccer Federation Head Coach who is responsible for the development and progression of each player for those teams. The Head Coach is supported by a team manager who has undergone hours (most even years) of training under the Technical Director to coordinate, plan, and execute all team responsibilities for the year. Trainers within our Youth Development Program (3U -10U) are considered youth teachers of the game and play a key role in the advancement and development of our kids entering our Pre-Academy Program. Their focus is to develop the individual player and prepare them to become a team player.
